The Butterworth Team: Your Local Property Partners
When you choose to work with us, you aren't just hiring an agent; you are joining forces with The Butterworth Team. Led by Daniel and Claire Butterworth, our agency was founded on the belief that the property industry deserved a more human touch. We have purposely cultivated a team that operates like a large, professional agency but maintains the heart and soul of a family-run business.
Daniel and Claire bring a wealth of experience and a shared vision to the table. They have seen the market’s highs and its softening periods, and they know exactly how to navigate both with grace and strategic thinking. By positioning ourselves as a team rather than a collection of individuals, we ensure that there is always someone available who knows your property inside out.

I first met Dan 20 years ago when we both started our Estate Agency careers with a well known corporate National business . Dan’s attention to detail and property knowledge is superb and someone I wholeheartedly trust which is very important when there are still so many sharks working within the Estate Agency business . Take my word for it he will look after you .Posted on GoogleJames RI’ve been with this letting agent for over a year now, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.
